By using TRIPORA, customers understand and agree that:

  • All medical services are performed by independent medical facilities in Vietnam
  • Treatment decisions rest with the customer and their doctor
  • TRIPORA does not guarantee treatment outcomes
  • Medical risks and complications may arise beyond anyone's control

  • Providing information and service connection support
  • Coordinating and assisting customers throughout the journey

  • Treatment outcomes or service effectiveness
  • Professional decisions made by medical facilities
  • Quality of partner services
  • Risks arising during transportation or accommodation

Customer Obligations

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information, especially health-related information
  • Following the instructions of the medical facility
  • Taking personal responsibility for the decision to use the service

Payment & Cancellation

  • Payment and cancellation terms apply per specific service
  • Some fees may be non-refundable depending on partner policy
  • International customers may incur international payment processing fees
